Position overview
As a Product Expert, you are the first point of contact for our customers all over the world. You’re the ultimate reference when our user community has questions or needs help.

The candidate we’re looking for
- You have a passion for technology
- You are known as the go-to person for technical problems
- You pride yourself on your ability to find solutions for any problem
- You have a real desire to help others
- You know how to empathize with people and make them feel important
- You have fantastic English & French written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll do
- Act as the main contact for customers across multiple channels
- Make customers lives easier with your technical know-how
- Juggle multiple customer and product issues with a genuine sense of urgency
- Write help documents
Bonus points if
- You are fluent in a 3rd language (Spanish, Portuguese, etc …).
- You have experience with email marketing
- You have a knowledge of HTML/CSS or any programming language
- You have experience with Zendesk
This job is 100% remote. You must have a reliable internet connection and a work environment that allows you to accomplish your tasks in the best conditions.
We are located in Montreal, Canada but we will consider any great candidate.

- Agir en tant que contact principal pour les clients
- Faciliter la vie des clients grâce à votre savoir-faire technique
- Jongler avec de multiples problèmes de clients avec un véritable sens de l'urgence.
- Contribuer aux documents d'aide pour les questions les plus fréquemment posées
- Aider à la résolution des problèmes avec l’équipe technique et QA du code déployé
Points bonus si :
- Vous parlez couramment un 3ème langage (espagnol, portugais, etc ...).
- Vous avez de l'expérience en matière de marketing par courriel.
- Vous avez une connaissance de HTML/CSS
- Vous avez de l’expérience avec Zendesk
